Our product range may include golf simulator enclosures, launch monitors, projectors, hitting mats, impact screens, software, replacement parts, and accessories from recognized golf simulator and technology brands.
Warranty Support
Product warranty coverage varies by brand, manufacturer, and product type. If a product includes manufacturer or supplier warranty coverage, that warranty will be handled according to the applicable warranty terms.
If you experience an issue with your order, contact Precision Golf Studio first. We will help review the issue and coordinate the next step with the appropriate supplier, fulfillment partner, or manufacturer support team when required.
How To Request Product Support
For warranty or product support, email info@precisiongolfstudio.ca with the following details:
Order number
Product name
Description of the issue
Clear photos or videos showing the issue
Photos of the packaging if the issue is related to shipping damage
Important Information
Do not ship any product back without written authorization from Precision Golf Studio.
For damaged items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging.
Warranty support does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, accidental damage, or issues caused by using a product outside the manufacturer’s instructions.
Precision Golf Studio remains your point of contact for order support and will help coordinate eligible warranty or product support requests.
