We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before ordering, as return eligibility varies by product type.
Return Window
Eligible structural components, enclosures, and electronics may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet the return conditions listed below.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Hitting mats and turf products
Impact screens
Any product that has been used, assembled, or installed
Software licenses once redeemed
Consumable items including tees and birtees
Returnable Items
Structural components, enclosures, and electronics may be returned within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
The item must be unused and in original packaging
All original components, manuals, parts, and accessories must be included
The product must not be assembled, installed, damaged, altered, or used
The customer is responsible for all return freight costs unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or an error on our part
The return must be authorized in writing by Precision Golf Studio before the item is shipped back
Because some products ship directly from supplier warehouses, eligible returns may require a return authorization and inspection by our fulfillment partner. Precision Golf Studio remains your point of contact throughout the return process and will coordinate the return with the appropriate fulfillment partner.
How To Start A Return
To initiate a return, contact us at info@precisiongolfstudio.ca with your order number, product name, reason for return, and clear photos of the item and packaging if requested.
Do not ship any item back without receiving written authorization from us first. Returns shipped without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Defective Or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at info@precisiongolfstudio.ca within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, clear photos of the damage or defect, and photos of the original packaging. We will work with our fulfillment partners to review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping costs for confirmed defective or damaged items will be covered on a case by case basis, depending on the issue and the product involved.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping and freight costs for eligible returns, unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or an error on our part.
For large or freight shipped products, return shipping costs can be significant. We recommend contacting us before ordering if you are unsure whether a product is right for your space or setup.
Refund Processing
Once an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or an error on our part.
