Shipping policy
Precision Golf Studio ships golf simulator equipment, launch monitors, projectors, mats, screens, accessories, and related products across Canada. Select Carl's Place products may also be available for shipping to the United States.
Where We Ship
Most products on our store are available for shipping within Canada only.
Select Carl's Place accessories may be available for shipping to both Canada and the United States. United States shipping is currently limited to eligible Carl's Place products only.
If a product is not eligible for shipping to your location, shipping options may not appear at checkout.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, supplier processing, custom sizing, freight requirements, and fulfillment partner timelines.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Small accessories: 5 to 10 business days
- Projectors, launch monitors, and electronics: 5 to 10 business days
- Carl's Place accessories: 5 to 10 business days
- Golf simulator enclosures, screens, mats, turf, and freight items: 7 to 14 business days
- Freight quote products: timing may vary based on location, carrier availability, and delivery requirements
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to product availability, supplier fulfillment time, carrier delays, customs processing where applicable, remote delivery areas, weather, or freight scheduling.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product, delivery location, package size, weight, selected shipping method, and fulfillment partner.
Some products may have flat rate shipping, while oversized or freight products may require a freight quote before fulfillment.
Carl's Place Shipping
Carl's Place accessories have a flat rate shipping option where available at checkout.
Carl's Place enclosure products may require freight shipping. If a freight quote is required, we will contact you before fulfillment to confirm the freight details, delivery requirements, and any additional shipping costs.
Freight And Oversized Products
Large products such as simulator enclosures, retractable screens, mats, turf, oversized screens, and freight items may ship by freight or in multiple packages.
Freight delivery may require a valid phone number, delivery appointment, curbside delivery, garage delivery, or additional access requirements depending on the carrier and destination.
Please inspect all freight shipments carefully upon delivery. If there is visible damage, note the damage with the carrier before accepting the shipment and contact us right away.
Remote Areas
Shipping availability and costs may vary for remote areas, rural addresses, northern regions, islands, or locations with limited carrier access.
If additional delivery charges apply, we will contact you before fulfillment.
Order Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent by email after your order ships.
Some freight or supplier fulfilled orders may have tracking updates that appear later than standard parcel shipments.
Damaged Or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@precisiongolfstudio.ca.
Please include your order number, product name, description of the issue, clear photos of the product, and photos of the packaging.
